Testing the web link, some users are getting logged off when accessing reports. Screen shows: Not Logged In CA Output Management Web Viewer r12.1 Error Page Log Back In: Click Here Message: CA Output Management Web Viewer has experienced a problem, and your session has closed.

Resolution

Customer updated the ownership of browse_jsp.class and browse2_jsp.class files in the /opt/om_apps_wp/CA_OM_Web_Viewer/apache-tomcat-8.5.24/work/Catalina/localhost/CAOMWebViewer12/org/apache/jsp/ path which resolved the reports

issue chown tom1:tomcat browse_jsp.class browse2_jsp.class  (for example)
