Cannot Add Spectrum Data Source

Issue/Introduction

NetOps Portal 3.2 and CA Spectrum 10.2. When trying to add Spectrum as a data source, always getting a "Data Source Communication Failure" when I click "Test"

Environment

NetOps Portal 3.2 and CA Spectrum 10.2

Resolution

In order to add the Spectrum as data source, you have to enable https on NetOps Portal (if spectrum is using https) and NetOps Portal should have the same signed authorities as the Spectrum.
