Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to CA Sysview 15.0 the following error message every minute :
GSVX554E (MVSDATA) MXSCR GET_SRVR failed, The XSYS feature is not enabled

Environment
The XSYS feature disabled on the LPAR, and it's not position (yet) to enable it, or not going to do this at all.
Resolution
The error message is caused by a new feature to collect 4 hour MSU group metrics.
It requires our Component-XSYSTEM to be set to YES.
To avoid the message keep the Component-XSYSTEM NO, but set the MSU-4Hour-Group parameter to NO in MVSDATA too
After the change STOP and START MVSDATA from the ASADMIN screen.
When needed, it's possible to switch both options/components to ON again after the proper setup
