Resolution

Change following properties file.
C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Identity Manager\Bulk Loader\conf\imbulkloadclient_logging.properties
 
Default value
java.util.logging.FileHandler.append = true
java.util.logging.FileHandler.count = 1
 
After
java.util.logging.FileHandler.append = false
java.util.logging.FileHandler.count = x (The count of generation)
 
Output log sample：
imbulkloadclient.log.0
imbulkloadclient.log.1
imbulkloadclient.log.2
