Environment

Netmaster Network Management for TCP/IP - all GA releases

Resolution

Ensure the SOCKETS parameter group is initialized and active.
  1. In the Netmaster region, go to /PARMS
  2. Select the SOCKETS parameter group with option U (update)
  3. Review the information on both screens (use PF8 for second screen)
  4. Make any necessary changes.
  5. Action the parameter group with F6.
  6. Check the initialization log (F5) to ensure it has initialized correctly.

Re-run express setup

  1. In the Netmaster region, issue  /RADMIN.AD.I  from the command line.
  2. Create a new System image including LOAD=YES.
  3. Note the system image name and version
  4. Go to /PARMS
  5. Select AUTOIDS with option U (update)
  6. Update the System image name and version
  7. Save off with PF3 so that the new system image is loaded when the region is cycled.

You should now see resources in the IP monitor (/IPMON)
Your IP statistics on the main menu (or in the IP Summary screen) should now contain data - it may take a few moments to refresh and populate.
