Possible options to resolve the message:

If XNETAGT=YES is specified with the CA Sysview Performance Management Option
for DB2 Data Collector and you do not have CA Chorus installed, specify XNETAGT=NO
to stop the messages from being produced.

If XNETAGT=YES is required due to CA Sysview interface verify that CA Xmanager
and CA Xnet started tasks are operational and connected.
