Is there a way to MERGE expired entries without having them being deleted?

Resolution

If you run MERGE with a DATE= parameter of less than the actual expiration of the entries, it will treat the already expired entries as valid. For instance, if your entries expired 1/1/2010, you would specify a DATE= of 1/1/2009 to set the expiration date to expire when performing the MERGE.
