How can I get my OPMS to be seen in the ASM UI after it has been deleted from the UI

Issue/Introduction

I accidentally deleted the OPMS from the ASM UI.  I have restarted the OPMS server and monit several times but it never shows up in the ASM UI.  How can I get it back?

Once the OPMS is deleted from the ASM UI, the only way to get it re-registered with the ASM UI is to reinstall the OPMS. Always be sure to use the most recent version of the installer, available here: OPMS download
