Issue/Introduction

Getting the following message -

    Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (IO error sending or receiving native data: ca.datacom.db.DBIOException: CCICONV FAILURE: RECEIVER NOT FOUND 

 

I've checked context.xml and the SYSID defined in ENF and they match.

Environment

Any supported z/OS

Cause

CCI could not bind in multiple TCP/IP stack environment.

Resolution

Ensure that the '//SYSTCPD' DD card in both the CCITCP & MSMTC ( Tomcat Application Server ) PROCs are not commented out and match the file pointed to by the same DD name in the desired TCP/IP stack's PROC.
