Data less than 0.1% shows as “No Data to Display� instead of “Normal Status Start� on the IM Time Bar Chart (Top)

Issue/Introduction

In the IM Time Bar Chart  (Top), interface values that are less than 0.1 % show as “No Data to Display” instead of “Normal Status Start”.

Cause

This is a defect. 

Resolution

This issue is fixed in PM 3.2. So you must upgrade to PM 3.2.
