Cannot Access Rally under Chrome

Issue/Introduction

Rally is hanging when I try to sign in under Chrome. I am able to sign in under Internet Explorer (IE).  What could be causing this problem under Chrome?

Resolution

If you are unable to log into Rally and you are using a bookmark to log in, try signing in with the URL https://rally1.rallydev.com.   If you are able to sign into Rally using the URL, you should clear the cache in Chrome, then re bookmark the URL..
