Issue/Introduction

During an IPL, the message GEN0915 freezes which stops the processes for an LPAR. 

We are using Common Services Health Checker 14.1 and we have a lot of messages as: 

GEN0915 Health Checker request failed, RC= 60, RSN= 73, Function=DELETE-S CHK 
 

Why do we have all these CA Health Checker messages?

Common Services 14.1 and 15.0 - z/OS Supported Releases - 

Cause

IBM's Health Checker is not active 

Resolution

Reason Code x'00000C01' indicates that IBM Health Checker is not active, CCS Heath Checker provides a method for Broadcom 
products to produce health checks which run under the IBM Health Checker for z/OS.
