Issue/Introduction

HIPER PTFs for Database Management Solutions for Db2 for z/OS do not have ++ASSIGN SOURCEID(HIPER) associations.
How to APPLY HIPER PTFs with ++ASSIGN SOURCEID(HIPER) statements.

Resolution

Broadcom does not provide the ++ASSIGN SOURCEID(HIPER) TO ... in the source of HIPER PTFs.  The ++ASSIGN statements are provided
with ++ASSIGN buckets to aid in identifying critical maintenance that should be applied over the products.
