Is it possible to run SPM ICMP test from a secondary ip address on a multi NIC host?

Resolution

1. The use of secondary ip address on multi NIC host for SPM ICMP hosts should not be supported.
2. Spectrum can get multiple IPs for a device, but it uses only the primary IP for communication with the device, and assuming/marking the remaining IPs as redundant.
3. We can see the Redundant IPs under information tab.
