Issue/Introduction

Trying to run the BUILD utility for an SQL index and receive the following error:
DB349005 Internal error detected in IDMSLOAD in routine INITJOB near offset +35E4 
DC208001 IDMS job abending with abend code 5071 
DC208001 #ABEND from Module IDMSLOAD at Location 10EEEC00 Offset 0042DA 

Why is this occurring?

Environment

IDMS - All supported releases

Resolution

When running a complete LOAD, you must preallocate the file 
referenced by SYS002 and SYS003 (the same file is used for both assigns in 
a complete load). A temporary file may not be used for this purpose, or 
unpredictable results may occur.
