Issue/Introduction
Since a lot of ptfs have been applied on CA DISK/OS to be compatible with Z/OS 2.3, when we run a IXMAINT a U0200 abend on ADSMI002 is occurred.

Resolution
The parameter TOPSSUPP can no longer be overridden in a job since PTF RO97393.
Please remove the sysparm from the job as they have already set it in their SYSPARMS member. PTF RO97393 is a Security Improvement change to improve the security of our CA Disk product. We designated PTF RO97393 as a Hiper PTF so all customers signed up for Hiper notifications receive notification.
The following sysparms can no longer be overridden in JCL:
ACF2SUPP
RACFALLO
RACFALWZ
ACFSUPP
SECUSUPP
TOPSALWZ
TOPSSUPP
In other words, they can only be set in the SYSPARMS member, but not changed via //SYSPARMS DD override.
