XCOM 11.6 for Windows Uninstall Failed to complete Upgrade installation

Issue/Introduction

XCOM 11.6 SP01 Uninstall 1628 Failed to complete installation 1605 this action is only valid for products that are currently installed.  Applies also to other error codes and SP02.

We are currently running XCOM 11.6 14052 on Windows 2008. In order to migrate XCOM version, we installed SP01 over 11.6 as an upgrade installation. It worked fine. In case we need a roll back, we uninstalled SP01 and we found that 11.6 and maintenance installation got corrupted. Entries are still present in control panel and we cannot proceed to uninstall them . We are getting this error messages: 1628 Failed to complete installation 1605 this action is only valid for products that are currently installed

CA XCOM for Windows 11.6 SP03 resolves this problem.  Install this version.
