During the upgrade process job BDUPG06 fails in DDUPDATE STEP6B with a S806 abend and messages:
This error could happen in other installation jobs as well or any job that executes DDUPDATE.

Module VTPM9802 is part of the CA IPC common component and resides in the CAVQLOAD loadlib. This loadlib needs to be added to the end of the STEPLIB concatenation. If using JCL procedures, this is located in the CUSPROC(B15STLIB) member.
