Issue/Introduction

When trying to apply Web Viewer maintenance in console mode using

java -jar CA_OM_WEBVIEWER_12_1_Updt.jar -i console

this error is displayed:
Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported
Unable to load and to prepare the installer in console or silent mode

Environment

 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago)

CA Output Management Web Viewer

Resolution

The console mode installation will fail if the DISPLAY environment variable is set.

Execute "unset DISPLAY" before running the installation.
