Issue/Introduction

Save Text report converted to PDF - it's wrapping lines. Is there an option to fix this? I do not believe she had Convert to PDF if User Choice allowed IF you believe that was it, is there a way to change convert to PDF as default for all users.

Resolution

Web Viewer Administration tab/ Preferences/ Output Defaults. There you will see File Saving and Emailing sections where you can set options for text or PDF formats, also for orientation and font size. Change the font size or orientation as appropriate to the result you want.
