SD option within Plan Analyzer defined as a shortcut in TSO/ISPF for SDSF

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading Plan Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PPA) release r19.0 to r20.0, noticed that when selecting the SD option on PPA Main Menu
panel it is launching the SDSF panel instead of the PPA Source Database Maintenance panel.

The SD command is already defined in TSO/ISPF as a shortcut to SDSF.

Resolution

Plan Analyzer is shipped with our own ISPF command table called RCCMDS. The table defines some of our application specific commands.
This command conflict can be fixed by adding these commands to the table. To be safe, first make a back up copy of member RCCMDS in
hlq.CDBATBL0 data set. Then use option ISPF 3.9, the Command Table Utility, to update this table by specifying RC in the Application ID,
and adding an entry for the SD command with a PASSTHRU action as show below:

SD 0 PASSTHRU

The PASSTHRU action will pass the command to Plan Analyzer resolving the command conflict.
