How do I activate and inactive a SmartTrace definition via commands?

Use TRCACT and TRCINACT to activate and inactive a SmartTrace definition.
To activate a trace definition would be 'trcact <trace-definition>.
To inactivate a trace definition would be 'tracinact <trace-definition>.
