Issued IEFTMS32 and IEFTMS22 when we started a TMSINIT with BATCH ACTIVE after IPL

Issue/Introduction

We got the IEFTMS32 and IEFTMS22 when we started a TMSINIT with BATCH ACTIVE first time after IPL.
We wants to run TMSINIT to bacth activate it.  Currently, we have a SECWTO=NO in TMOOPT00. Why?

Resolution

This is because SECWTO has not been loaded. On the first start of TMSINIT after an IPL we will prompt for the userid and password if you are trying to batch activate or deactivate CA 1.
If you reply U to come active we will not prompt.
