ssgconfig menu missing

Issue/Introduction

After login ssgconfig menu missing, it takes you to bash prompt

Environment

Component: APIGTW

Cause

What is likely the root cause here is that one or all of the .bash_logout, .bash_profile, and .bashrc files may be either missing or corrupt for the ssgconfig user

Resolution

1. Navigate to /home/ssgconfig

2. Run ls -lart

3. This is where .bash_logout, .bash_profile, and .bashrcare are located for ssgconfig user

4. If any of those files are missing, please go ahead with trying to replace the missing file(s) with one from another working node then restart the node with the problem and then try again with the ssgconfig user
