DT005E DB2 Error code 00080008 within Detector for Db2

Issue/Introduction

User upgraded from Detector for Db2 for z/OS (PDT) r17 to r19 on a z/OS 2.1 environment. Everything worked fine.
After that upgraded z/OS to 2.2 and everything still worked well. They reverted back to z/OS 2.1 and now encountering the
following error when trying to start the PDT collection:

DT005E DB2 Error code 00080008
PDT0507 DETECTOR MODIFY FAILED/DB2 SSID xxxx INVALID OR NOT ACTIVE

Resolution

The Db2 subsystem encountering the problem (xxxx) was defined in two different LPARS.

Xmanager has XSYS=Y specified. Collection for the Db2 subsystem in problem (xxxx) was already active in one of the two LPARS.
Turning off XSYS=N and recycling the Xmanager on resolved the problem.
