CA Process Automation Base

Issue/Introduction

After Installing the CA Service Desk Manager connector, Created a process with CA Service Desk operators and tried to run the process. The process got failed with below messages:

ResponseCode        :  SYSTEM_ERROR

ResponseMessage  :  The requested module is disabled

Cause

The CA ServiceDesk connector status is either "Disabled" or "Empty" for "Enable/Disable" column in the configuration Browser for this Named Orchestrator as shown in below image:

Solution:

  • Open PAM --> Go to Configuration --> Expand Orchestrators --> Select the named Orchestrator 
  • Lock the Orchestrator
  • Enable the connector as shown in below image:

  • Save the changes 
  • Unlock the Orchestartor

Additional Information

This issue is observed in a cluster setup with LoadBalancer.
