After Installing the CA Service Desk Manager connector, Created a process with CA Service Desk operators and tried to run the process. The process got failed with below messages:
ResponseCode : SYSTEM_ERROR
ResponseMessage : The requested module is disabled
The CA ServiceDesk connector status is either "Disabled" or "Empty" for "Enable/Disable" column in the configuration Browser for this Named Orchestrator as shown in below image:

This issue is observed in a cluster setup with LoadBalancer.
