Issue/Introduction

Executing CA Log Analyzer for DB2 for z/OS (PLA) to generate a load format file with the UTILITY (APPLY) option.  The EXTERNAL (Y) specification in the PLA member of hlvl.CDBAPARM is not being honored.

The EXTERNAL (Y) option in the PLA member will external decimal and integer columns in the generated load file.
