Job AXPOR02 fails with a S806 abend and error message:

CSV003I REQUESTED MODULE VTPM9802 NOT FOUND

Load module VTPM9802 is part of the CA VPE common component.

Prior to CA Datacom/AD 11.0 this component was distributed as part of CA Common Services. 

The CA VPE common component was dropped form CA Common Services starting with release 12.0 and was distributed as part of CA Datacom\AD starting with release 11.0.

If upgrading from CA Datacom\AD 10.0, then you need to concatenate the CA Common Services 11.0 loadlib last in the STEPLIB concatenation.

If the CA Common Services 11.0 loadlib is no longer available, you can use the new release Datacom CAAXLOAD which includes a newer version of VTPM9802 and will allow the job to run.
