Typically this error occurs when KB3072630 is present without KB3139923, or vice versa.
Manually copy the ..\CA\DSM\bin\ListCtrl.ocx from a working installation of DSM Explorer, into the ..\CA\DSM\bin folder on the current endpoint you are trying to install or upgrade DSM Explorer.
