Cause

The Trusted Database was not configured

Resolution

  1. Install the ODBC driver for Windows from IBM.
  2. Once it is installed, you need to configure the db2cli.ini file to configure the database details. Typically, this file can be found in C:\programData\ibm\DB2\DB2COPY1\cfg\db2cli.ini 
  3. There may be various ways to configure the ODBC which can be found in the IBM documentation. 

Here is a sample configuration:
