Observed ACFDC014 LOAD FAILED FOR MODULE DFSTRM00 on ACF/IMS shutdown

Issue/Introduction

Why does the message ACFDC014 LOAD FAILED FOR MODULE DFSTRM00 display
when shutting down ACF2/IMS controlled region.

Release: 16.0
Component: ACF2 / IMS for Z/OS

Resolution

The usual reason that this message occurs for an IMS module at shutdown is that the
IMS LOAD LIBRARY that contains this module has gone into secondary extents since
the IMS region was started.

This problem will not occur the next time the region is started and stopped - unless the library goes into further extents again.
