In OneClick Webclient the Service Desk Ticket ID link is missing to launch into Service Desk Ticket
10.02.00.PTF_10.2.035 has been produced to correct this issue.
1.Extended the existing API to get the trouble ticket URL and set it in a variable so that webclient will read the variable to get the trouble ticket URL.
2.Implemented both in Back-end side and the UI changes.
This fix is included in future release Spectrum 10.3
