Trying to use OLQ, the user gets the following abend messages:
PREVIOUS TASK ABENDED WITH ABEND CODE OLQE
IDMS OQ107085 V1 Invalid USERNAME or PASSWORD specified.
But the user does appear to have all of the required security access.

When using OLQ, regardless of which dictionary the user is using, the user must be defined in the default dictionary if the SECURITY FOR OLQ dictionary option in the default dictionary is set.
Furthermore, if the default dictionary is secured from a central security perspective, the user must have central security access to that default dictionary regardless of the SECURITY FOR OLQ option. This is because OLQ binds a run-unit to the default dictionary to perform the check for the dictionary option and, if necessary, the existence of the user in the dictionary.
Make sure that the default dictionary is not secured in central security or ensure that the user has access to it.
If the SECURITY FOR OLQ option in the default dictionary is on, also make sure the user is defined in that dictionary.
The requirement that the user have access to the default dictionary regardless of which dictionary is being used is documented in the “OLQ Reference" “Security”, section
