Data Protection 15.2 Oracle partitioning fails during installation.

Issue/Introduction

CA Data Protection (DataMinder) 15.2 partitioning fails after CMS installation when using native scripts.  While running the partition utility, the following database error appears:

ORA-14501: object is not partitioned

Environment

CA Data Protection (DataMinder) 15.2

Cause

The native scripts which ship with the Data Protection 15.2 General Availability (GA) release required updates to ensure partitioning worked as expected.

Resolution

FIX:RO96315 (incorporating Native_CreateTables.zip) replaces the native scripts shipped with the 15.2 GA release.  The fix resolves the issue with the partitioning utility after installation with native scripts.
