When a user defines an external procedure, Datacom uses this relationship to represent the parameter list passed to the procedure program.           

Additional Information

PGM-PRM-USE was one of the CA Datacom Datadictionary relationships added by CA Datacom/DB version 10.0 and should not be missing from any Datacom Multi-user (MUF) environment.

It was added via transactions in the 10.0 CAIMAC(AD90REL):
