Issue/Introduction

What action is needed for OPCODE conflict for BASSM and BSM in  the CAL7MAC library  for  Workload Restart Option for z/OS Schedulers (CA 11)?

Release 11.0

Resolution

Reports against MACLIB's to list any conflicts with hardware instructions mnemonics will result in warning similar to the following:

CA11.CAL7MAC - 2

**** Z2964 OPCODE CONFLICT,MEMBER=BASSM

**** Z2964 OPCODE CONFLICT,MEMBER=BSM

 The BSM and BASSM member in the CAL7MAC library are no longer being used .  Any warnings regarding these members can be safely ignored.  In the next release, these members will be removed from the CAL7MAC library.
