When trying to delete a source member in a CCF controlled library via ELIPS, getting  

004E: THE LIBRARY IS CCF-CONTROLLED - THE FUNCTION IS NOT ALLOWED ACCESS DENIED BY CCF

Resolution

Please see your Librarian CCF Administrator to change the CCFCHK to N for ELIPS
