Location of the Clas and Pattern Libraries within Plex

Issue/Introduction

Following the installation guide and have installed the base product on my laptop. Taken the option to install the class library and pattern library but can not see a directory/folder for these on the local drive. Checked the installation notes and followed the option to custom install but still can not see the folders on the local drive. Need to move these to a mapped network drive to continue with the next phase of logging into the group models.

Where are the Pattern and Class Libraries for Plex 7.x stored on my system?

CA Plex 7.2.0 and higher

Resolution

With a new installation of the Plex 7.x software, the Class libraries are stored into the following folder:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\CA\Plex\7.x\class###\ClassLibs

The Pattern Libraries are typically stored in the following folder:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\CA\Plex\7.x\class###\PatternLibs

Where ### is the Plex version number(without the dot). For example, for Plex 7.2.1 it is 721.
