Question

If a Report Base Definition screen (VRDMU110) has Print=N and the Recipient Definition (VRDMU130) has print=Y, does the report print?

Answer:

No, the report will not print. The Report Base Definition screen (VRDMU110) has precedence and the report will not print even if all of the recipients VRDMU130 screens have print=Y.

In order for the report to print for any of the recipients, the VRDMU110 screen must have print=Y. The print flags defined at the recipient level (VRDMU130 screen) dictate which specific recipients will receive a printed copy.
