"CAPC_Item_ID" attribute does not get populated in Spectrum after NetOps Performance Management upgrade.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading DX NetOps CA Performance Management (CAPM), the attribute "CAPC_Item_ID" (0x13214) does not get populated for all models created in Spectrum since then. This makes a Spectrum -> CAPM Drilldown impossible. 

A full Sync between CAPM and Spectrum does not solve the problem.

This does not affect the old models, but only newly created models.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum any version integrated with any version of CAPM

Resolution

A restart of tomcat on the OneClick system will resolve this problem.
