No priviledge for Selected operation [AMM001003] trying to run a query

Issue/Introduction

Some of the users in my environment are getting the following

error when trying to run Queries:

No Priviledge for selected operation AMM001003

Environment

CA Client Automation - All Versions

 

Cause

This error could be caused by the Common Asset object in Class Permissions

not having execute permissions set for the user trying to run the query.

 

 

Resolution

Give the Common Query object execute access for the user account in question:

1.Select Security - Security Profiles 

2.Highlight the user account and select Class Permissions

3.Highlight the Common Query object and click the drop down button next to

Class Access and select Special Access:

4.Check the Execute box and click OK to save the changes:
