What Does the CA Output Management Web Viewer Migration Utility Export from the 11.5 SQL Database and How Does that Translate into 12.1 settings?

Issue/Introduction

The 12.1 Database Migration Tool is located in the “util” directory under the install directory or in Windows: CA/CA OM Web Viewer/Utilities.  There is no direct upgrade from the Web Viewer 11.x version.  The   Admin Tool configuration settings from the 11.x database are exported and written as three XML files and then imported into the 12.0 or 12.1 database in two separate steps.  

 How are the 11.5 parameters converted into 12.1 parameters?  What is the mapping? What is exported and what is not?
