Issue/Introduction

What causes a TRAC013E- JCL TABLE OVERFLOW message to occur in Jobtrac Job Management?

Resolution

The TRAC013E occurs because the job had too many JCL statements (more than 9000). To address this perform one of the following:

• Reduce the number of JCL statements
• Make into smaller jobs by splitting the JCL
• Increase JCLTABL in the JOBTRA00 options

 The default value for JCLTABL is 9000.   This table uses private storage below the line for submission.
