Issue/Introduction

While integrating Spectrum with Servicenow, we get an error - Unable to Integrate ServiceNow, get an error - Please check the configuration for ServiceNow(ServiceNow)

Cause

We get this error if there is a Proxy configured for the browsers. 

Environment

Spectrum 10.4.x integrated with ServiceNow

Resolution

1.Ensure the Service Now user is a valid user.

2. NIM configuration page needs to be updated with the correct Proxy connection url.
