Issue/Introduction

We have an "Enter Once" attribute on the "Project" object in our Clarity environment. A user has entered a wrong value in the "Enter Once" attribute. Is there way to change this "Enter Once" value?

Resolution

To resolve your issue, have the CA PPM Administrator do the following.

  1. Temporarily disable the Enter Once on the attribute
  2. Put in the correct value after it has been disabled
  3. Then re-enable “Enter Once” immediately again.
