Is the DPMFBPF file still used by Bundl in release 5.0?

This file is no longer needed by Bundl. It was actually done away with back in release 4.9 of Bundl.

The old DPMFBPF file was used to store the Operations Control Report. Under release 5.0, we now send the Operations Control Report directly into the Current Reports (VIEW) files and store it there.
