How to reject or approve Work Items in bulk?

Issue/Introduction

This document describes how to configure Identity Manager to approve or reject Work Items (approval items) in bulk using the "Home" > "View My Work List" task.

Environment

Identity Manager 14.x

Resolution

Instructions:

1) Login as imadmin into Identity Manager User Console

2) Select Roles and Tasks 

3) Select Modify Admin Tasks

4) Search for "View My Work List" and select

5) At Modify Admin Task: View My Work List page, select the Tabs tab

6) Edit "My Work List" by clicking the pencil beside the name

7) Select "Support bulk workflow operations" and "Show Work Item Search Screen" boxes

8) Click the Ok and Submit button

Now, when we run "Home" >  "View My Work List" we will have
  a. Search screen where you can search Work Items by Name or Initiator
  b. Check box on each Work Item and the top Check box (to the left of the "Select" header" to select all the Work Items
Hence, you can Approve, Reject, Reserve, or Release the Work Items in bulk.
