Issue/Introduction

Devices not reporting as reachable even though vendor certification test returns reachable. 

Environment

  • Release: Any
  • Component: snmpcollector

Resolution

Configure the snmpcollector probe using Raw Configure and add the following key under setup:

Key name = MAX_BATCH

Key value = 1

Deactivate and then activate the snmpcollector probe.
