Transaction count increases continuously and service went to Ending state

Issue/Introduction

We have created a virtual service and we are seeing an issue for this services, as soon we deploy service to the VSE, Transaction counts starts increasing and stays for few minutes and goes to ended status.

 

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

 

Cause

Inspection View is showing the transaction error related to keystore details added to the service in vsm.

Error says "Unable to locate jks cert details on server".

Service has enabled with SSL and jks file referred in service has not present on server where VSE is running.

Resolution

Created a mari file for the vsm. so that, mari file will capture files related to the service. Then deployed mari file to VSE.
