Issue/Introduction
SLA Trend report error received: “There was a problem processing your request, please verify the data and retry your operation”
In %IDASH_HOME%\log\error.log:
[ERROR] http-apr-8080-exec-5:com.ca.idash.ws.controller.exceptions.RestExceptionMapper:java.lang.NullPointerException
Resolution
1) Remove all ACE SLAs present in %IDASH_HOME%\log\sla\final
2) Recycle the iDash server process
3) Verify the issue is resolved by re-attempting to run SLA Trend Report
